Andrew has been a member of Metal Zinc since 2016 serving many different roles since that time. With six and half years selling fabricated ductwork to commercial products, Andrew’s experience allowed him to transition from construction projects to manufacturing HVAC sheet metal components providing a great resource for our customer base. Throughout his time at Metal Zinc, Andrew continually strives to take the company to the next level while strengthening our mission of providing our customers with the best possible products at the right price.
Doug Reed
Director of Sales and Marketing
Doug has over 30 years of experience as a wholesaler, manufacturers rep, National Sales Manager , and Marketing Manager. He has worked on both sides of the counter and out in the field in the HVAC world. He comes to Metal Zinc from Allstyle as the National Sales Manager. He looks forward to helping Metal Zinc grow their footprint as well as their Sales and Marketing goals. He is establishing new Manufacturer Representative groups throughout the country as Metal Zinc has now moved into our new facility which is basically three times the capacity that we had at the previous location. His mandate is to not only be the low price competitor in the market but drastically increase the service side. His goal is to make the “cost of doing business” with Metal Zinc the lowest and easiest company in the industry for wholesalers to work with. There are many changes coming from Metal Zinc in both product growth and service while keeping our eye always on being the cost leader in our industry.

Based in Tomball, Texas, Christopher is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive high-quality metal components at competitive prices. Christopher's hand-on industry experience gives him a unique understanding of the challenges HVAC professionals face and the solutions they need. At Metal Zinc, he plays a key role in driving regional growth, supporting customer success, and upholding the company's commitment to quality and value.

Hi, I'm Charlie Becker - Regional Sales Executive at Metal Zinc, LLC. I work closely with our HVAC wholesale partners to provide dependable sheet metal solutions that get the job done right. I take pride in being accessible, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping my customers succeed. I graduated from NC State University (Go Pack!) and spent 5 years as a PGA Class "A" professional before shifting gears into the manufacturing and HVAC world. That experience taught me the importance of patience, precision, and building real relationships-values I still carry with me every day. Mike Aceves
Production Manager
As a member of the Metal Zinc team since 2011, Mike has overseen the growth and success of the production department. Mike’s main priority is ensuring that the schedule for production meets our customers delivery expectations while maintaining the highest safety standards and quality goals. Mike has been in the HVAC Sheetmetal industry since 2005, bringing field install experience and ductwork fabrication skills to the manufacturing environment. He works closely with our AutoCAD detailers to design and develop new products for Metal Zinc.
