Dual Filter Return Air Plenum
Description
Metal Zinc’s Dual Filter Return Air Plenum one unit replaces separate Media Filter Box, Transition and Return Air Plenum at a significant material and labor cost savings.
Features
- Space for up to 5” media filter
- 1” new construction/per-filter
- Insulated to R4, R6 and R8 specifications or un-insulated
- Plenty of space for up to 4 return air tracks
- “Tested Tight” in system leak testing
- Comes assembled
Standard Construction
- 28-gauge galvanized steel ASTM A653
- Blank-off plate for connection to indoor unit
- Extra strong clasps and hinges on filter section
- Factory installed gasket on door significantly lowers air leakage.
- 1” flange in multiple lengths
- Up to 7 standard sizes for media section
Optional Construction
- 4” MERV 11 media available with unit
- Knockdown versions available (boxed or unboxed)
