Description
Metal Zinc’s Dual Filter Box is a great solution for those requiring a low cost alternative to traditional media cabinets and plenum. With a factory installed end cap, the dual filter box accepts any individual return duct, saving the contractor both time and money.
Features
- Space for up to 5” media filter
- 1” new construction/per-filter
- Insulated to R6 specifications or un-insulated
- Comes assembled
- Factory provided adaptor angles allowing contractor to adapt filter box outlet to any cabinet, no transition needed
Standard Construction
- 26-gauge galvanized steel ASTM A653
- Metal or ductboard end cap
- Extra strong snaps and hinges on filter door section
- Factory installed gasket on door significantly lowers air leakage
- 1” flange in with unit adaptor angles for connection to blower cabinet
- 6 standard sizes for media section
Optional Construction
- Boxing for resale
- Media filters available
- Special gauges or filter sizes
- R4 and R8 insulation
